Neighbourhood

In  Alta Maremma holidays are never boring. In the area there are numerous itineraries to do: from the naturalistic ones in the regional reserve of Cornate to the historical-artistic ones in San Galgano (the “Sword in the rock” at  14 kilometers) and in Massa Marittima with its famous cathedral (15 km). Gerfalco is one hour from Siena (35 km) and Volterra, 30 minutes from Radicondoli. Horse riding and mountain biking are also possible. Gerfalco, moreover, is only at 40 minutes from the seaside (Follonica and regional reserve of Sterpaia). Other places of interest on the coast are: Castiglione della Pescaia (43 km) and Baratti with the Etruscan town of Populonia (41 km).
